- Limits: No forwarding auto-import history, no tax CSV exports, 1 door only

## Two ways to collect rent — both reconcile automatically
- Free (default): tenants pay by Interac e-Transfer or Zelle; forward the notification email and BorderBird reconciles it. $0 — BorderBird never touches your money.
- Auto-pay (optional): tenants pay automatically via bank transfer or card. The landlord chooses to absorb the bank-transfer fee (~$5/transaction) or pass it to the tenant; card payers always cover their own card fee. We never mark up payments.

- Annual billing saves approximately 22–24% versus monthly
- Free plan never expires — no credit card, no trial period
- Full CSV export of all data available on any plan at any time (no lock-in)
